There are three ways your company can become and Energy Resources company:

  1. You can sell your company to us outright, but we require a transition period where you stay on and run the company for at a minimum of six months to transition.
  2. You can “roll up” by selling your assets to us in exchange for stock in the Energy Resources organization, stay with us for 4-5 years and then reap much higher returns for your stock than its value today.
  3. You can become an Affiliate, similar to a franchise, but without the rigid controls of a Franchise, and still have the option of selling later when there is a liquidity event.
